Here at sent with pride we want you to enjoy your shopping experience with us.

All of our cards and pride goods are sent to you in packaging to ensure that your cards and goods are received in perfect condition. 

We offer a FREE 2ND CLASS UK delivery for all our greeting cards and pride party goods. All orders will be dispatched within 24 hours or wherever possible the same day. Monday to Friday. 

If orders are placed after 3pm on Friday they will be posted on the following Monday. If the Monday falls on a bank holiday the order will be posted on the next working day. 

All orders are sent by royal mail. UK delivery times are within 2 to 3 days for 2nd class post. These are the delivery timescales that Royal mail offer however, some items could take longer than stated. 

If you do not receive your order within 7 working days please contact us. There may be an issue with the postal service. 

If you have any special requirements, upgrades, express delivery please contact us. We will always try to assist you. There may be an extra cost to you. 

Please ensure that you enter the correct address details at the checkout. If you realise you have made a mistake please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to put things right before the item is posted. 

Cards ordered through the card writing service will be posted to the address entered as the delivery address during the checkout process. For further details please visit our FAQ Page.

We are not responsible for any costs you may incur when returning an item to us.
