REFUNDS AND RETURNS.

This Returns and Refunds policy sets out how and in what circumstances items purchased through the online store operated by Sent with Pride. 

(Sentwithpride.com) can be returned.

Here at sent with pride we do pride ourselves on our excellent customer service. We want you to love our products, however in the unlikely event you are not happy with your purchase. You are entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price for the item you wish to return and the original delivery charge. (if applicable.)

You may also exchange the item for another to the same monetary value.

Our Returns and Refund policy is valid for 28 Calendar days from the date of purchase.

Items must be returned in the original packaging, unopened and in the perfect  

condition for resale.

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned for a refund, (cosmetic.)

If the item you purchased was faulty or did not work, or you think the item was not as describe in the item description, please contact us first before requesting a refund as we may be able to resolve the problem to your satisfaction.

Once your purchase has been returned and received, we will contact you within 3 working days to arrange a refund.

You will not be entitled to a refund of any costs you incur in returning the item to us.

For items that are damaged or have been damaged in the post, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an exchange or refund.

For items that have been lost in the post, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an exchange or refund.

If you use our card writing service. Due to this being a personalised item. Cards 

cannot be returned. 

If an item was purchased with a discount voucher, then we will only refund the amount that you paid (and not the amount the item was listed for).

If an item you purchased was in a sale then it may not be eligible for a refund if you have changed your mind. If in doubt please contact us before making your purchase.


All refunds will be credited via the original payment method.

We are not responsible for returned items that are lost in the post. You can obtain a free certificate of postage from the post office.
