1. WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?
We are an online shop so we never close! Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday within 24 hours of purchase. Any orders purchased after 3pm on Friday, along with any purchases over the weekend will be despatched on the Monday.
2. WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU SELL?
We Sell a range of quality Greeting cards and Prints for the LGBTQIA+ Community.
We also sell a range of Pride, Party and Parade goods.
3. ARE YOUR CARDS YOUR OWN DESIGN?
Absolutely. All our greeting cards are unique designs. We work with a fabulous creative designer www.fayejoycedesigns.co.uk who works her artistic magic.
4. HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?
All our Greeting cards and all goods come with FREE 2nd CLASS UK DELIVERY.
5. WHAT SIZE CARDS DO YOU SELL?
All our cards are one size. All within the size of a standard letter for postage. Specific measurements can be found on the product page.
6. DO I NEED TO REGISTER AN ACCOUNT TO MAKE A PURCHASE?
No. You can Checkout online as a guest. However, you can register for an account, in order to track your order history and save your information for future purchases.
7. HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
Payments can be made securely by debit or credit card. You can also pay by PayPal.
8. WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All Greeting cards and goods are sent by 2nd class post which takes 2 to 3 working days. These are sent by Royal mail. They set all the delivery timescales.
9. DO YOU OFFER A CARD WRITING SERVICE?
Yes. For a small charge of 50p per card. If you are short of time We can hand write your chosen greeting card and post it straight to the recipient on your behalf. Please ensure you write your message clearly and carefully as we will write the card exactly as it is written.
10. DO YOU OFFER AN INTERNATIONAL POSTAL SERVICE?
No. Not at the moment.
